1. Agreement

By accessing dirasystems.co.ke ("the Site") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

You may use the Site if you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian. Businesses, schools, NGOs and government agencies may use the Site through an authorized representative.

3. Quotations

Quotations issued through this Site are estimates valid for the period stated on the quote (typically 14 days). Final pricing is confirmed in writing once the scope, materials and delivery timeline are agreed. Indicative auto-estimates displayed before our team review are non-binding.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Kenyan law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts or networks.
• Submit false, misleading or harmful information through any form on the Site.
• Use automated scripts to scrape, harvest or copy our content without permission.

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, software and the "Dirasystems" name — is owned by Dira Systems Ltd or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Termination
