Dira Systems Ltd ("we", "us", "our") is a Kenyan ICT company registered under the Companies Act, 2015 and headquartered in Nanyuki, Laikipia County. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information you share with us through dirasystems.co.ke.

2. What we collect

• Contact details you submit through our quote, contact and chatbot forms (name, email, phone, organization).
• Project information you choose to share when requesting a quotation.
• Usage data automatically captured by our website analytics — IP address, browser, device type, pages visited and time spent. This is used to improve the site and is reviewed in aggregate.

3. How we use it

• To respond to your enquiries and prepare quotations.
• To send transactional emails (quote confirmations, invoices, receipts) to addresses you provide.
• To improve our website, services and customer experience.

We do not sell your information to third parties.

4. How long we keep it

We keep quote and customer records for as long as necessary to fulfil the engagement and meet our tax, accounting and legal obligations under Kenyan law (typically 7 years for financial records). Marketing-related analytics is retained for up to 24 months.
